One of my favorite places in the world is Sweet Avenue Bake Shop. I love knowing that a delicious vegan cupcake is just a short drive away. Although I love to bake, I try my best not to. Not for myself anyway. It’s far too tempting to have a whole batch of cupcakes just laying around. Usually I send Juan on a cupcake run and ask him to get me just ONE. Then he comes home with a box full all excited telling me about the newest flavor and how long it’s available. He’s cute when he wants to be lol. I usually end up sharing with Ethan or Bil. But sometimes (seriously, it’s rare) I hide the box so that I won’t have to share. Today is one of those days. Seriously, would you want to share these?

Guh… they’re gorgeous. I often see people (vegan and non-vegan alike) blogging about their favorite local cupcakery… and they always look like sad, lame bake sale cupcakes. These are awesome.
