I made the guys some snickerdoodle cookies today. I got the recipe from here. I used Ener-G egg replacer, vegan butter and vegan sugar in place of the other stuff. They were so good! And soft. Like melt in your mouth soft. I’ll totally make these again.
Ethan helped me bake the cookies. He had fun rolling the dough in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Then he called me his super hero. He’s too cute.
It was a nice quiet day. We kind of already celebrated Valentine’s Day before Mil and Bil left for Mexico. We figured it would be best to celebrate while we had the chance. I even got my gift early. Quite a few gifts. My favorite of course is my iPhone. While at the store today Juan got me another iTunes card so that I could buy more apps. And just as I’m typing this he informed me that he set me a nice hot bubble bath. I feel so loved.
