Here is the newest addition to my vegan cookbook collection. If you follow my tweets you know that I have been wanting this book for a while now. When I first heard about it there were quite a few recipes that caught my eye. Such as the Black-Eyed Pea Fritters with Hot Pepper Sauce, Johnny Blaze Cakes, Sweet Cornmeal-Coconut Butter Drop Biscuits, Red Beans and Brown Rice with Red Wine-Simmered Seitan, Jamaican Veggie Patties, etc. etc. etc. Seriously, I don’t even know what to make first. It all looks and sounds SO good.
If any of you own this book, please feel free to share your favorite recipe. I’m having such a hard time deciding where to start. Maybe tomorrows VeganMoFo post will feature something delicious from Vegan Soul Kitchen. Well, I hope so anyway.
